I need a website and in the future a mobile app that will be able to:

- Receive customer data through the web page and store the personal information in a database. Make sure information is encrypted using some modern API for registry/login
- Receive payments from Credit Cards
- I need a microservice structure in the back-end, preferably a rest Java architecture. 
- Page makes calls to microservices which respond with Front-end content
- Front-end basically works passing information back and forth and keeps sessions according with security approach established in the back-end.
