Website with live broadcast

Create a website with live stream with low delay.
The site will consist of:
1.0 Administrator Panel.
    1.1    The panel will have the possibility to create one or several rooms.

Change an already created room.
      1.1.1 Room will have "name", "start time" and an icon showing whether it is open to users or not.
      1.1.2 Room will have transmission option (release to users), pause transmission.

When pausing the transmission, users will receive a message "Please wait. We are tidying up".
      1.1.3 "Room" will be where I will transmit my video and audio.

The student will not need a camera or a microphone to gain access.
      1.1.4 after starting a streaming (room), I can see which users are watching this room!
              1.1.4.1 If I want a specific user to leave the room, I will be given the option to do so.

    1.2    Create login for user.
        1.2.1  will have username, email, password (user can change password later).

    1.3      I will be able to block user by registration email, ip and/or mac and delete any registration.
    1.4    will have option to see how many ip and mac were logged with the same login.
    1.5    see how many users are logged into the site.




2.0 User Panel (Student)
    2.1  After logging in for the first time, the user MUST change the default password.

    2.2  After logging in and with the password changed for the 1st time, the user will have access to a list with possible transmissions (classes) and another tab, with the released and live transmissions.

    2.3  will have the option to watch.
      2.3.1  With the room open, the student will not see who is in the room.
User will only see a video and audio stream that I launched (1.1.3)
      2.3.2 with the transmission open (room) the user will only have access to the buttons “Increase audio sound, decrease audio sound and mute sound.
