Preciso corrigir o looping de mensagem que o chatbot do meu whaticket está enviando para os clientes. Quando crio um menu de opções na fila de atendimento, se o cliente não selecionar uma opção válida do menu, o chatbot fica reenviando o menu incessantemente.

Isso acontece com a mensagem de horário de atendimento também.
