Whatsapp Marketing tool - Api

I'm looking for a Whatsapp marketing tool that needs to be able to broadcast messages in my WhatsApp groups. I have more than a hundred groups which I need to advertise every day from different WhatsApp numbers. My businesses phone numbers are from all over the united stated and other countries, so they must be able to connect in this software and send messages and media for the groups that I want, when I want, with unblock.


- I need to be able to register and do this from different numbers (multi-account). I imagine a WhatsApp number register for each account, each one with your own configuration set.
- The connection must be without a QR Code scan.

I will not have all cellphones with me, and they may be all around the us and other countries, so this needs to connect without the qr code scan like whatsapp web. API has to work without it.
- I need to schedule a time to automatically execute it every day at X hour/minute.

Attention for multi-account feature, each account needs to have your own setting as I mentioned before. The account is the main node, the primary table;
- I would like to have an online panel for this software, so I can manage it anywhere;
- Full Source Code, I may need to customize something in the future;
- Whatsapp Groups Contacts Grabber (Get Whatsapp contacts from groups)
- It needs to be developed with best practices to not block the sender;
- It needs to be able to configure a multi-text message to reduce the chance of blocking. So the first message is "aaa" the second "bbb", etc.


- Advanced Internal dialogs (reduce the chance of blocking)
- Sleep Control after X amounts of messages
- Have a delay between messages with message speed control (every 10 seconds, 1 minute, etc.)
- It needs to be able to send a customized message
- No messages limit;
- It needs to be able to send Multi-multimedia message(Photos, Videos, Documents)
- Complete tutorial of how to use it and install it, requirements besides server configs to upload the software.
- We would like this software to be developed from scratch, many people offer some solutions already built and they don’t have our scope (we already tried a couple as "mediafile")
