Wordpress | Corn Job | Automatic Links Change at Acf

Hello,

I have WordPress website where i place multiple links for download option by Advanced Custom Field (Plugin). Now My link expire in few hours or sometimes in minutes, so i want some one to create me a script by which Acf column links change by Corn job for a given period of time and i can control or change that time.

For Example:

I place 10 links to ACF column now we place time of 20 minutes at corn job for specific time after 20 minutes links automatically change like 1 to 2 then again after 20 minutes 2 to 3 and so on once it complete link 10 it should go back again from 1 to 10.

It will be used for download button.

There should be no limit how much links i can add in ACF also you should give me proper codes and tell me its function so if i have to add on other theme or site i can able to do myself.
