Eu preciso de um plugin wordpress bem simples e minimalista.

Tenho um template em branco em anexo.
Gostaria que houvesse um botão "add media" como na imagem em anexo no plugin logo abaixo do <h1>Teste</h1> e ao clicar abrisse o media-uploader em anexo.

E ao clicar no botão de "inserir" a url da imagem ou imagens fosse colocada em um campo de texto.
