I would like to implement the same design as the picture attached into my website. (Top news bar & language selector), (Menu ) , (Login fields).

I have already made two languages for my menu so I just need it to switch to correct language when selected. As for the login fields, I will provide the image for the buttons as well as the logo. Mobile version is slightly different as it would be simpler
