Workflow de autorización de gastos

Se requiere crear un registro de gastos, tipificados, con distintos niveles de autorización, desde el jefe inmediato hasta gerencia, considerando que dichos registros pueden ser rechazados indicando motivo.
Una vez autorizados, debe generar una impresión con el detalle de la solicitud y mostrar las fechas, horas y usuarios de las distintas autorizaciones.
