Writer/Designer for Kids Activity Book

I'm searching for a serious Writer/Designer that can be able to prepare a particular activity book for kids.
The book will be long 110-120 Pages of football-themed pastimes, made with care and attention to details, unique coloring drawings (maybe vectors of real photos), pastimes like word searches, anagrams, match ups, crosswords, trivia and quizzes, made with words and phrases exclusive to the world of football.
This book should contain some more “instructive” and "technical" games where the child is immersed in simple rules or tactics but does so while having fun.
