Estamos conectando nuestro sistema a TemaFlu paraguay
Tenemos un problema solamente al conectarnos con el web service usando WS-Security ya que contiene 1 cerficado para la firma (este funciona) y un certificado .pem que es para encriptar el mensaje
Esta segunda parte es la que nos estaria faltando
