Floor plan/design drawing/sketch of a Caribbean sea side villa

This is for the design drawings/sketch of a 4 bedroom villa, located across the road from the ocean and as such would be two stories with 3 bedrooms on ground floor and master on second floor along with an additional lounge/entertainment area preferred on roof. (View to ocean is from front of lot) The design is preferred minimalistic with preferably an outer separate entrance to second floor which would allow for the rental of 3 rooms, 1 room (upstairs) or the entire villa. This would also require a kitchenette for upper  floor room and kitchen for main floor.
