Front End Pos

We are looking to develop a webpage/front end POS module (javascript/JQuery) for a restaurant.
The Idea is to have waiters with tablets or cell phones, where they can open a web page and capture customers orders.
* Webpage will work also on desktops

The basic specifications are as follow:
    Mobile & Tablet friendly (perhaps using bootstrap)
    Page must show the customer tables within a floor plan with seating arrangements.
Each customer in a table could optionally create its own bill. (One or several bills per table)
On click of a table or customer in a table, it must show a list of menu items arranged by groups (food, Drinks, Desserts, Other)
    on click of a menu item
        if it has optional ingredients or variations
            show series of  dialog boxes with the ingredients to choose from
            add to customers bill
        else
            add to customer bill
        end if
(e.g. A rum and coke.
Can be different types of rum and different types of coke (regular light), and optionally with a splash of mineral water).

Additional functionality will be:
Option to Merge two or more Tables into one.
Option to split a customer check into different bills.
Module to rearrange table layout
Module to design simple floor plan (with reference points and lines)
