We’re a fast-growing digital marketing team generating inbound leads in the U.S. Finance and legal space. Our campaigns run across TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube, and we’re looking for a sharp, creative, and data-driven Media Buyer to join our squad.
You’ll be working alongside a team of editors, copywriters, and voiceover artists to help scale campaigns profitably.
What You’ll Do
✅ Launch, optimize, and scale ad campaigns on TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook
✅ Collaborate with the creative team to develop high-performing ad angles and assets
✅ Monitor and report on performance (roas, cpl, conversion rates, etc.)
✅ Set up tracking through platforms like Ringba and Arcads
✅ Conduct A/B testing across creatives, audiences, and offers
✅ Stay on top of platform trends and changes (especially TikTok + YouTube Shorts)

What we're looking for in a candidate
- Proven experience buying ads on TikTok, Facebook, and/or YouTube
- Comfortable working in a team and communicating clearly
- Able to analyze performance and suggest optimizations
- Spanish + English speaker — fluent in both preferred
- Curious and open to learning
- Responsible - able to manage and monitor campaigns
- Creative - brings new ideas for ads
