Expert Video Editor and Content Strategist for Program Development

I am looking for a skilled freelancer who can help me transform my raw content into a structured program. The main tasks involve:

1.  Listening to and analyzing existing content (likely audio/video recordings).
2.  Editing videos based on the analysis and requirements for the program and upload them with excellent quality to program platform
3.  Providing structure and organization to the overall program, determining the best flow and format based on the content.
