3d Interior Design & 360° Virtual Layouts for Bathroom Renovation

I am seeking a skilled Interior Designer or 3D Visualizer to develop two distinct layouts for a bathroom renovation project. The goal is to maximize the utility of the space while maintaining a high-end aesthetic. This project requires both technical planning and high-quality visual rendering. Scope of Work: The selected freelancer will be responsible for: Two Unique Layout Options: Designing two different floor plans/configurations based on the provided bathroom dimensions. 3D Renderings: Creating high-fidelity 3D images for both design options to visualize materials, lighting, and fixtures. 360° Virtual View: One of the two layouts must be rendered as a 360-degree interactive panorama (or VR-ready view) to allow for a full immersive experience of the proposed space. Material Suggestions: Incorporating realistic textures for tiling, cabinetry, and hardware. Requirements & Skills: Expertise in 3D modeling software (such as SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, or Rhino). Advanced rendering capabilities (V-Ray, Lumion, or Enscape) to produce the 360° view. Strong understanding of interior design principles, specifically regarding bathroom clearances and plumbing logic. Ability to deliver high-quality work under a tight deadline. Project Timeline: I am looking to start this project immediately. I expect an initial draft of the two layouts for review shortly after the start date, followed by the final 360° rendering. Additional Information: This is a one-time project, not a full-time position. All communication and payments must be handled strictly through this platform.
