We are seeking a skilled AI developer to create a custom chatbot for our local bakery. The primary goal of this project is to automate customer interactions on WhatsApp, specifically for taking cake orders and providing instant answers to frequently asked questions. The chatbot should be user-friendly, efficient, and capable of handling various order customizations. Key functionalities include:
- Automated cake order placement: Guiding customers through the ordering process, including selecting cake type, size, flavors, decorations, and delivery/pickup options.
- FAQ answering: Providing immediate responses to common customer inquiries regarding bakery hours, product ingredients, pricing, special offers, and other general information.
