We are developing an innovative SaaS platform that integrates AI agents for education and personal development. The current version already has onboarding and care agents working via text and audio, but we need a software developer to:

Ensure the chat system works smoothly (stable, fast, and scalable).

Fix existing bugs related to login, API connection, and conversation history.

Implement a system where the user can request past conversations (not a continuous “ChatGPT-style” log).

Guarantee that the chat integrates seamlessly with our backend and database.

We want to start as soon as possible. The platform already has paying users, so stability and reliability are crucial.

Project overview

General Context of the Project Our company, SURI Way, is a health-edtech platform that combines artificial intelligence, neuroscience, and personalized learning to transform the way people study languages. We are currently in the early adopter stage, with paying users in different countries already using the platform. The main goal of this project is to strengthen the technical side of our SaaS, ensuring that the chat system is stable, scalable, and user-friendly. The project’s purpose is: To guarantee reliability for our first users. To prepare the platform for growth and new features (video calls, pitch training, and multilingual expansion). To create a technical foundation that will support future partnerships and integrations. We are looking for developers who: Have experience with SaaS products. Understand chat systems and API integration. Can work fast in agile environments. This is a key step for us to move from the early stage into a scalable, solid product.
