We are a growing international online English tutoring company with opportunities in our Taiwanese Branch. Our company is looking for a customer success and sales manager who can delight our customers!
You will be trained to take phone calls and messages, manage schedules, data upkeep, delight and serve customers. You will handle contact with parents, research as well as other odds and ends that may be required to ensure our office and company run smoothly. You will be responsible to convert students to our program and be able to conduct sales in that way. We have a US based operations manager and a Korean based office manager, so you would be reporting directly to them.
You will directly assist in opening the Taiwanese virtual office working with our US and Korean based teams.
We are an online company in education so experience in this field is preferred. We offer private tutoring services. Must be a Taiwanese native speaker and have advanced English reading, speaking and typing ability.
Able to perform excellent customer service to our families, handling phone calls, emails, scheduling lessons, and answer questions to our clients in professional manner.
Speak and write both Taiwanese and English fluently, able to do translation work
Able to perform administrative tasks
Able to make sales calls
Able to commit to working hours that been agreed upon
Must be self motivated, ambitious, detail oriented, able to be a team player as well as a strong leader in any circumstances, and follow the operating procedures.
Must be located in taiwan.
