It is a housing loan financial calculator and to be built in the website.  The formula is in Amortization formula, Amort table has 4 elementsand you need 3 to find the 4th (1)Principal amount/Loan amt, (2)Interest rate charged by bank,(3)Repayment period/loan period, (4)repayment amt/Instalment monthly. If you check with website of banks of malaysia you find very simple set up.




I need a program that can: (1) input interest that calculate daily, monthly,14 days etc.(2)also can input a lump sum during loan period to shorten loan period (3)can change interest half way to reduce instalment. Etc.
Bank itself got such program but i dont thk they publicly show to customers.
