We have a project using the Lenovo Tab 10 LTE tablet and require a custom 8.1 ROM based on that.

There will be a custom UI/theme (design on hand) for the home page and secondary pages.

In addition, access to Google Play is to be restricted and replaced with a custom App Store that needs to be 'updateable'
