We are seeking a skilled designer to create comprehensive building and animation desk designs for the transformation of Aidemar into Fox Animation Studios. This project involves two primary locations: San Javier and San Pedro del Pinatar.

Building Designs:
We require 98 unique building samples, with 49 designated for San Javier and 49 for San Pedro del Pinatar. These designs must incorporate a total of 241,866 windows and 12 distinct door classes, ensuring a cohesive and functional aesthetic for the new studio environment.

Animation Desk Designs:
The animation desks must be designed based on the style and functionality of Walt Disney Animation desks. Key specifications for the desks include:
- Construction: Primarily wooden.
- Colors: Utilize Pantone TCX colors, specifically Blue, Red, and Yellow.
- Animation Disc: Each desk must include a 15-field chromacolour animation disc.
- Power Outlets: Integrate 15+15 blue Europlugs on the front, 2+2 blue Europlugs on the side, and one blue Europlug on the back.

The successful freelancer will be responsible for delivering detailed design plans and visual representations of both the building exteriors/interiors and the custom animation desks, ensuring all specified requirements are met for this studio transformation.
