I am looking for somone who can make an animated music video for my new song in japanese anime style. The song is 3 Minutes and 30 seconds. I don't have any sketches or designs, just the song and the story and some imaginations of style i like. So its basically by scratch. Do you think you can do that? and how much would that cost more or less? I need like 5-6 Characters and maybe some NPCs.
