Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls, whatsapps and emails to potential clients (consumer-oriented companies and marketing agencies). You will receive 200 leads per week.
Book at least 10 demo calls per week for the sales team.
Qualify leads based on their interest in consumer marketing intelligence software.
Maintain and update the CRM with lead information.
Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and increase conversion rates.
Work closely with the Chief Growth Officer to refine outreach strategies.

Requirements:
Experience in sales, lead generation, or appointment setting (preferably in B2B).
Strong communication skills in Spanish.
Ability to work independently and hit targets.
Comfortable with cold calling and email outreach.

Compensation:
$240 + 10% commission during the first month.
$400 +  higher commission after the first month, if goals are reached.
20 hours a Week.
Opportunity to go full time, higher salary and higher commissions on the mid-term.
