Job Type: This is a Permanant, Part-Time to Start (with potential for Full-Time)

Pay Structure 1: Initial Pay (First 3 to 6 Months):

• Base Salary: $500 USD/month
• Commission: 3% of the lifetime value of each client you help bring on

Example: For a $5,500 initial sale, you'd earn $165. If the client continues at $1,750/month, you’d also earn $52.50/month ongoing. You'll receive both your monthly salary of $500 and commissions simultaneously.

Pay Structure 2: Performance-Based Upgrade (From Month 3–6 or Sooner Based on Results):

• Commission-Only
• 10% of the initial sale + 3% lifetime commission

Example: For a $5,500 sale, you'd earn $550 upfront, plus $52.50/month ongoing from $1,750/month payments.

Note: This example is based on our lower-tier package — commissions are even higher with larger packages. The more clients we close, the more you can keep stacking the commissions (many clients stay with us 12–36 months, creating long-term recurring passive income for you).

Location: Americas-based only (North, Central, or South America) – must work in US time zones

About Us

We're a uk-based digital marketing agency helping home improvement and trade businesses grow through seo, google ads, and web design. We have strong systems and a consistent flow of inbound warm leads from Facebook Ads - but we need help converting them faster and building better relationships from day one.

The Role

We’re hiring a Americas-based Appointment Setter & Customer Success Assistant to follow up with new leads as they come in, book discovery and strategy calls, and eventually take on customer service duties. This is a remote, flexible role with a strong opportunity to grow with our agency.

Responsibilities

1. Call and SMS new inbound leads quickly (ideally within minutes).
2. Book 15-minute discovery calls directly into our calendar.
3. Run discovery calls using a simple script/checklist (we’ll train you).
4. Book strategy calls with qualified leads (you don’t need to sell – I handle those calls).
5. Follow up with unresponsive leads and no-shows.
6. Maintain notes and workflows in our CRM (we use HighLevel).
7. Confirm strategy call attendance via phone day-of.
8. Track and manage all incoming enquiries – no lead left behind!
9. Work on existing leads from our database of around 3500.
10. Over time: manage basic customer service requests and coordinate with our fulfilment team.
11. Eventually: take on client check-ins and assist with reporting and retention.

Requirements

1. MUST be based in the Americas (North, Central, or South America) – must work in US time zones
2. Native or fluent English speaker (written and spoken)
3. Flexible availability – you must be responsive to leads as they come in
4. Strong phone and follow-up skills
5. Organised, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
6. Available a minimum of 4 hours per day, 5–6 days per week
7. A reliable computer, internet connection, and quiet workspace
8. Comfortable with regular Zoom training and check-ins

Bonus Points If You Have:

1. Experience with GoHighLevel, Slack, ClickUp, or Airtable
2. Previous work in sales, marketing, or digital agencies
3. Familiarity with trades/home service businesses
4. Ability to build rapport quickly over the phone
5. Spanish speaking
6. You have at least 2 years experience in a sales or customer service role
