A client is seeking an experienced architect or designer to create a comprehensive house plan for a new residence. The project involves designing a Ground + 1 structure on a south-facing plot with specific dimensions: 20.5 feet front, 20.5 feet back, 37 feet on the left side, and 38 feet on the right side. The design must incorporate a kitchen, a Mandir (prayer room), and an en-suite bedroom on the first floor.

The surrounding context includes neighbor walls on the south left and right sides, and approximately 2 feet of free space at the back before a society boundary wall (approx. 9 feet high). An adjacent plot is currently empty but may be developed in the future.

The primary goal is to achieve a design that is spacious, luxurious, and integrates a nature-loving aesthetic. The freelancer should provide detailed architectural plans, including floor layouts, elevations, and potentially 3D renderings to visualize the final outcome.
