We’re developing a B2B partnership network across SaaS, Fintech, AI, and Digital industries.
We’re looking for an experienced Business Development / Sales / Partnership professional who already works in B2B and can help identify or introduce relevant contacts within these sectors.

This is not a traditional sales role — there are no quotas or cold outreach requirements.
The focus is on qualified introductions, partnership mapping, and collaboration building.

Your tasks:

Identify and introduce relevant contacts (founders, partner managers, or business leads)

Provide short context for each introduction and assist with initial alignment if needed

Keep simple weekly notes about contacts or progress (no formal reporting)

Skills required:

2–7 years of experience in B2B sales, partnerships, or business development

Familiarity with SaaS, Fintech, AI, or Digital Marketing industries

Excellent communication and networking skills

English or Russian fluency

Self-driven, organized, and comfortable working independently

We start with a short paid pilot (10–15 hours/week for 2–3 weeks) to validate fit, then extend to a longer collaboration if both sides are aligned.

Before starting, we’ll have a short 10–15 minute introductory discussion to align expectations, clarify deliverables, and define milestones.
