Backend Developer Needed for Webhook and Api Automation

We are seeking an experienced backend developer to create a simple yet robust automation system. This system will primarily handle form submissions received via webhooks from an external tool. The core functionality includes receiving webhook data, performing essential validation on required fields, securely storing the records in a PostgreSQL database, and implementing logic to prevent duplicate submissions based on a unique submission ID. Additionally, the system should maintain basic logs for both successful and failed events to ensure traceability and aid in debugging. The preferred technology stack for this project is Python with FastAPI for the API development. The deliverable should also include a straightforward README file with clear instructions for setup and testing.

Key Requirements:
- Development of a backend API using Python, preferably with FastAPI.
- Setup and integration with a PostgreSQL database.
- Creation of a webhook endpoint to receive incoming data.
- Implementation of required-field validation for incoming data.
- Logic to prevent duplicate submissions using a unique submission identifier.
- Basic event and error logging capabilities.
- A simple README file detailing setup and testing procedures.

This project focuses on building a foundational first version; advanced features such as a user dashboard, CRM synchronization, or complex notification systems are not required at this stage and will be considered separately in future phases.
