Basic Inventory Management System for Storage Company

We need to create a system to receive items that were purchased by our customers. We then store them for a duration and then delivery them to the job sites when requested. We need to track everything per customer and keeping projects separate both in inventory and by PO for billing purposes. We need to calculate sqft at the end of the month and bill per-day storage for the amount of days each item was in the warehouse. We also need to capture and bill handling fees for inbound unloading and outbound reloading in addition to the delivery time and details. We are thinking about using a combo of Microsoft PowerApps and Sharepoint, but are open to other options.

We are looking at starting this asap as the WMS system we were planning to go with is not working as advertised.
