Basketball Shot Detection and Court Activity Analysis with Computer Vision

I am looking for a developer who has experience with computer vision and sports analytics to create a system that can analyze basketball game videos. The goal is to detect the players, track their movements, understand ball possession, and also recognize when a shot is taken and when it goes in. The system should be able to follow the players on the court and follow the ball as it moves. It should recognize when a shot attempt happens and identify if the ball successfully passes through the hoop. I would also like to generate useful data such as movement paths or heatmaps based on the video. The input will be normal basketball footage from a game, not special cameras. The preferred technologies for this project are Python, OpenCV, YOLO or similar deep learning models, and frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow. I am looking for someone who has worked with similar sports video analysis or tracking before because accuracy is important. If you have examples of similar work, it will be a big advantage.
