Bilingual Civil Engineer, Architect, or Topographer for Land Surveying Company

We work closely with developers, contractors, and property owners, delivering accurate and timely services that support construction and development projects. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team in a key technical role supporting our surveying and construction operations.

Position Overview
The ideal candidate will be a civil engineer, architect, or professional surveyor/topographer with a strong background in the construction process and land development. This role requires advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will play a critical role in preparing survey documents, supporting construction plans, analyzing field data, and ensuring compliance with applicable codes and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities
•    Prepare, review, and modify survey drawings using AutoCAD (Civil-focused applications preferred)
•    Process and interpret field survey data for incorporation into construction documents
•    Assist in the preparation of: Boundary Surveys, Topographic Surveys, Construction Layout / Stake-Out Plans, As-Built Surveys, Elevation Certificates and related documents
•    Coordinate with field crews to ensure accuracy and completeness of collected data
•    Review site plans and construction documents for compliance and feasibility
•    Support project managers in meeting deadlines and client expectations
•    Communicate directly with clients, contractors, and consultants as needed
•    Ensure all deliverables meet company quality standards and applicable regulatory requirements

Qualifications
•    Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Surveying, or related field
•    Strong understanding of land surveying principles and construction workflows
•    Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD
•    Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, site plans, and legal descriptions
•    Knowledge of applicable local and state regulations related to surveying and development
•    Bilingual (English and Spanish required)
•    Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
•    Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
•    Experience working with Florida State Plane Coordinate System (if applicable to your region)
•    Experience in site development or land development projects
