We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Digital Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. Our American-founded company, based in Colombia, operates across a diverse portfolio of brands including relocation services, real estate, restaurants, children’s services, wellness products, and SaaS/AI marketing solutions. This role requires a professional capable of managing comprehensive digital marketing strategies for multiple brands simultaneously.

The primary responsibilities will include:

*  Developing and executing content creation strategies tailored for various brand identities and target audiences.
*  Managing and optimizing social media presence across all brands to foster engagement and growth.
*  Planning, implementing, and monitoring Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook and Instagram Ads) with a focus on high conversion rates.

We are looking for a candidate with proven experience in:

*  Successfully managing digital advertising campaigns with small to medium-sized budgets.
*  Implementing effective high-conversion strategies to maximize ROI.
*  Handling multiple brands concurrently, demonstrating strong organizational and strategic planning abilities.
*  Fluency in both English and Spanish is essential for this role to effectively communicate with diverse audiences and internal teams.

This is a part-time position, requiring approximately 20 hours per week, with potential for growth and full-time status.
