Bilingual Go High Level (Ghl) Onboarding Specialist and Client Success Manager

My agency is seeking a highly skilled, bilingual Go High Level (GHL) Onboarding Specialist to assist with the setup and integration of new client accounts as well as ongoing customer support. The ideal candidate must be fluent in both English and Spanish to effectively communicate with our diverse client base in the USA. This role involves comprehensive technical setup and direct client support to ensure a smooth onboarding experience as well as client troubleshooting and training. Key responsibilities include: Creating and configuring sub-accounts within the Go High Level platform. Managing and updating DNS records and domain settings. Setting up and optimizing Google Business profiles and integration with GHL. Configuring email accounts via Google Workspace, and ensuring proper integration into the High Level system. Providing clear and patient client interaction and ongoing support during the onboarding phase. Customization of client automations. Troubleshooting any technical issues related to GHL setup and integrations. Experience with Go High Level is essential, along with a strong understanding of web services, APIs, and CRM functionalities. The specialist will be crucial in ensuring our clients successfully launch and utilize the GHL platform.
