Bitrix24 developer

We would like to hire a web developer to modify a self-hosted Bitrix24 installation related to real estate business sector.
During one month the tasks to develop, among others, will be:
- create custom reports/KPI in B24, including reports related to applitation users' behavior within Bitrix
- customize visual layout and language
- add functionalities to existing objects
- add "upload with watermark" option for images

If finished totally satisfied, the hired person/company will take care of the monthly maintenance at a fixed monthly fee (to discuss together at the end).

PHP, Mysql, js, ajax knowledgement are needed for this job.
Customer's budget is limited, but we will hear and take into account any proposal.
