Hi, I run a Resort with rooms and restaurant in Juba, South Sudan, and need a bookkeeper. Currently, everything is on spreadsheets, but I want to switch to start using Odoo.com for managing records. It’s easy to input opening entries like the general ledger, receivables, payables, and cash/bank balances, and there are YouTube videos explaining how.
Would you be interested in this job? Let me know if this interests you. I need you to modify spreadsheets (all info is available on YouTube videos and is quite simple). I do not have the technical accounting knowledge to to this but you will! (1) You will create general ledger, opening payables and receivables, opening bank and cash balances and opening mandatory costs (2) You will upload all entries from spreadsheets from 01.01.2023 to say 20.11.24 (3) I then need your help for Ongoing maintenance of accounts - bookeeping - etc.

Project overview

The landmark Resort is in Juba, South Sudan. It has been established since 2006 and has new management. It employs over 70 full-time staff and is well know throughout the country.
