This position is to self-manage the timelines and jobs assigned. Position requires interpersonal skills to effectively represent the executive and the company to outside parties, and requires time management skills to plan, and manage, various functions. Be willing to take complete ownership of the task assigned. This position requires detailed knowledge of the company’s operations, product knowledge as well as requires the ability and temperament to work with confidential information.
Main job functions:

1) Independently manage & Service the customers – Such as, receive POs, enter them in the system, and manage the incoming and outbound shipments.
2) Communicate with overseas clients.
2) Administrative duties – Basic book keeping; Travel plans; Retail surveys.
3) Any other tasks & duties that are deemed necessary to meet the company’s short and long term goals.

Applicant needs to have very good Excel and PowerPoint skills. Attention to detail is a must

We need someone to look through press releases and supplemental reports of public companies, copy selected figures and paste it on an Excel file. The job requires a detail oriented person because the information we look for can appear in small variations and an extra word can make a big difference. This is a small job that can be extended into a larger scope in the coming weeks.

Here’s what we require:
Microsoft Excel skills
Person with following traits: Detail-oriented, Analytical
Preferably someone that is used to metrics of public companies

Here are the procedures:
1. ONLY complete the green cells on tab ‘Q2 2015.’
2. Open press release and/or supplement file on ‘files’ tab for corresponding company. Open press release first; if you don’t find the information, search for it in the supplement file.
3. Most information is second quarter 2015 versus 2014. They usually show up as “three months ended on June 30.”
4. For item ‘FFO per share, $ (Guidance),’ use range midpoint.
5. If you don’t find the information, leave it blank

You will be asked to answer the following questions when submitting a proposal:

Data between Excel and Access

The project is to put group of excel sheet together in a way that client can access all of them at the same time. the business is restaurant that need these informations to track the inventories, cost of goods, recipe and more stuff.

The client needs 6 main Tabs, Each tab will be associated with one or more Excel sheet.

1- Recetas Sal
2- Recetas Dulce
3- Cotizacion Clientes
4- Pedido Restaurantes
5- Costo Materias primas
6- Facturacion

Also he would like the menu to have watermark and connected to part 3 and part 6 mean if the prices change the price on the menu will change also.
