Botón siguiente y anterior, activar y desactivar escritura en un Jtable

Tengo un proyecto donde se utiliza un Jtable, solo hace falta hacer que funcionen los botones de activar y desactivar escritura en cuando se selecciona una celda de la tabla y los botones de anterior y siguiente.

1.- Botones anterior y siguiente se debe poder bajar y subir la selección de una fila, si no hay mas mostrar un mensaje  un mensaje de ya no hay mas que seleccionar.

2.- Activar y desactivar escritura en celdas con botón, cuando la tabla tenga datos, debe permanecer desactivada su escritura, para modificar debe activarse en el botón y también volverse a desactivar.
