Build ionic 3 and firebase app

Looking for a reliable developer with 3+ years of Ionic Framework experience, 1+ years of Firebase including Cloud Functions, and Stripe integration experience. Currently, the app is an MVP and we want to extend the feature set. You'd need to support live users while shipping bug-free features.
You'll be working with another developer. The app is a social networking app.

We can review the features to agree on a budget based on your time estimations. If you are good, we can move to hourly pay and long-term working relationship.
