Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation: Write, edit, and publish engaging and well-researched articles on topics such as market trends, corporate strategy, leadership, finance, and entrepreneurship.
Research: Conduct thorough research, including interviews, data analysis, and gathering insights from credible sources, to produce accurate and reliable articles.
SEO Optimization: Optimize content for search engines to improve online visibility and engagement, leveraging keywords, metadata, and other SEO best practices.
Collaboration: Work closely with owner to ensure content is engaging and aligned with Forbes’ editorial standards.
Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date on emerging trends in business, technology, and economics to produce timely and relevant content.
Quality Control: Proofread and revise articles to ensure they are free of errors and adhere to Forbes’ style, guidelines and quality standards.
Content Strategy: Contribute ideas to Forbes’ content strategy, providing fresh and unique perspectives on business topics that resonate with our readership.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, Business, Economics, or a related field.
3+ years of experience writing about business, finance, or economics, preferably in a newsroom or media environment.
Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in business journalism.
