Project overview

The brain has three main parts affected by stress: the frontal lobe, the hippocampus, and the amygdala. The frontal lobe is responsible for decision-making, planning, and personality. The hippocampus is responsible for memory. The amygdala is responsible for emotions. stress hormones can damage these areas of the brain. For example, stress can damage the hippocampus, which can lead to memory problems. Stress can also damage the amygdala, which can lead to anxiety and depression. 21 days of forming a habit it takes 21 days to form a habit and 21 days to break a habit if you decide to stop taking stress today after few hours your brain might start getting negative vibes as it is habitual to be worrying and having stress so just accept it then don't try vigorously to get rid feeling of stress try to document it why are you receiving this feeling is it because you're with someone who is making you feel it, is it due to a person's vibe or environment at a place or because of some some film or your phone or tablet or other electronic gadgets. If it's due to electronic gadgets like the moment you pick your phone see social media and other's lifestyles on social media or some names on phone . try not to take the phone in your hands without any reason. Gradually decrease the time you spend on phone try not using social media much then keep on reducing the screentime till you don't achieve your goal of touching phone only if necessary don't try pushing yourself from day 1 of complete shut because by doing you can either trigger a negative feeling of losing your self control if you're not able to quit it in one go and this negative feeling of losing self control is the root cause of anxiety , depression. all the right and necessary things for a good lifestyle are achievable with self control & all the wrong and losing self-control will attract all the worst & unnecessary towards you and lead you to path of unhealthy and unhappy lifestyle so take self-control seriously and life will be easy ! everything is achievable with self-control love, respect, money , fame, food. The most important thing impossible to achieve without self control is you , yourself ! just take the 21 days challenge and world will be thanking you later for embedding your beautifull persona in environment and spreading light ! ! ! ! there are several things you can do to protect your brain from stress. These include: exercise: exercise helps to improve brain function and memory. It also helps to reduce stress. sleep: sleep is essential for brain health. It helps to repair damage caused by stress. DIET: A healthy diet provides the nutrients needed for optimal brain function. meditation: meditation can help to reduce stress and improve focus. spending time in nature: spending time in nature can also help to reduce stress. it is important to take care of your brain health.
