I am looking for an experienced cfd engineer with strong expertise in ansys fluent to perform a numerical simulation study on an air-cooled photovoltaic (pv) panel system. Project Objective: The objective is to investigate the effect of air channel height on the thermal performance of an air-cooled photovoltaic panel under representative Jordanian summer conditions and determine the optimal channel height that maximizes cooling performance while minimizing pressure losses. Scope of Work: 1. Develop a 3D CFD model of a photovoltaic panel integrated with an air-cooling channel. 2. Generate an appropriate computational mesh. 3. Set up and perform simulations using ANSYS Fluent. 4. Apply the SST k-omega turbulence model for flow and heat transfer analysis. 5. Investigate several air channel heights while keeping all other operating conditions constant. 6. Analyze and present the following results: Temperature distribution across the PV panel. Average panel temperature. Airflow patterns and velocity contours. Pressure drop through the air channel. Thermal performance comparison among different channel heights. 7. Identify the optimal air channel height based on thermal and hydraulic performance. 8. Provide all simulation files and a technical summary report. Required Deliverables: Complete ANSYS Fluent project files. Geometry and mesh files. Temperature, velocity, and pressure contour plots. Comparative tables and graphs of all investigated cases. A concise technical report summarizing methodology, results, and conclusions. Project Duration: Approximately 1 week, depending on the proposed methodology and workload.
