Cinematic Vsl Editing in French

I have a 40–45 minute Video Sales Letter (VSL) in French with the spokesperson’s full audio already recorded and ready to go. I’m looking for a video editor to give it a cinematic look and feel — nothing overly complex, just a polished and professional edit.

What I need:

Add relevant video footage/B-roll on top of the spokesperson to make it visually engaging.

Include subtitles in French throughout the video.

Smooth transitions that keep the flow natural.

Background music that fits the tone and adds impact (plus any light sound effects if it makes the video feel richer).

Keep everything clean, modern and cinematic — I can provide examples and reference videos for the exact style I want.

The goal is to make the VSL visually compelling and professional while keeping it simple and clear.
