I’m looking for a performance-driven Head of Marketing to take ownership of all marketing and lead generation efforts for my home services company. This is a hands-on, par leadership role with flexible hours and strong growth potential. You’ll be responsible for building and managing the full lead gen funnel

Key Responsibilities:

Own and optimize all Google PPC campaigns

Build high-converting landing pages for paid traffic

Manage Facebook and Instagram ads to generate local leads

Test, track, and improve campaign performance weekly

Advise and implement new lead generation channels

Oversee brand presence across ad platforms

Take on other tasks as needed to support business growth

What I’m Looking For:

Proven experience leading marketing campaigns that drive results

Strong understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and landing page strategy

Excellent written communication and ability to take initiative

Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Unbounce/Instapage, and Meta Business Suite

Comfortable working independently and delivering on deadlines

Nice to Have:

Experience in home services (roofing, fencing, remodeling, etc.)

Ability to train and eventually manage a small marketing support team

Compensation:

Paid hourly

Long-term role with growth potential based on performance
