We are Yengeek, a fast-growing MSP (Managed Services Provider) based in Atlanta, Georgia. We specialize in providing IT support, cybersecurity, and cloud solutions to small businesses, professional services, churches, and clinics.
We are seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish preferred) cold caller and appointment setter to help us generate qualified sales leads. Your job will be to reach out to local business owners (warm and cold lists), introduce our services, and schedule consultations with decision-makers.
This is not a hard sales role—we handle the full sales presentation. Your goal is to open the door and get meetings booked.

Your Responsibilities:
Call a list of leads (we provide data or scripts)
Introduce Yengeek’s services clearly and professionally
Use our CRM (GoHighLevel) to update lead statuses
Set appointments and confirm them via phone or text
Follow-up with interested leads if they need time

Ideal Candidate:
Speaks fluent English (Spanish is a plus)
Prior cold calling or appointment setting experience
Reliable internet and a quiet working environment
Familiarity with IT or technology services is a plus
Can work 10–20 hours/week during U.S. business hours (Eastern Time)

Project overview

We are scaling quickly and need help expanding our outreach. This role has the potential to grow into a full-time sales or client success position for the right candidate. We want someone who is self-motivated, confident on the phone, and able to clearly communicate our value to small business owners. Looking to start immediately.
