Criar um coletor de dados usando obrigatoriamente ferramenta Xamarim (visual studio c#)
O Sistema deverá receber carga de dados via um servidor nas nuvens que usa mysql.

O Sistema deverá usar SQLite para armazenar os apontamentos diários feitos em campo e sincronizar esses dados em um servidor nas nuvens que usa mysql.

Necessita de acesso a camera do celular, tirar e salvar a foto.
Necessita de acesso a geolocalização.
