We are looking for a highly skilled Community Manager to help manage and grow the digital presence of Creators House Agency, a content and personal brand agency founded by Mike Van Houdt (396K YouTube subscribers, 80K Instagram followers, 9M+ weekly organic reach) and Daniel Rua (DrVizuals, a top-tier videographer and creative director).

The Community Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining online engagement across multiple personal brands and client accounts. This role will involve managing social media accounts, responding to comments and messages, engaging with audiences, optimizing content performance, and growing follower engagement for Mike’s brand, Daniel’s brand (DrVizuals), and any new clients that work with our agency.

The Community Manager will play a key role in ensuring our clients' social media pages stay active, engaging, and growing. We need someone who understands digital marketing, audience engagement strategies, content scheduling, and social media growth techniques across platforms like Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and Twitter. Responsibilities: Manage and grow social media accounts for Mike Van Houdt, DrVizuals, and agency clients Engage with the audience via comments, DMs, and social media interactions Analyze content performance and optimize based on data insights Assist in content scheduling and strategy execution Develop and execute strategies for brand partnerships and collaborations Stay updated on the latest trends and algorithm changes Ideal Candidate: Experience in community management, content marketing, or social media growth Deep knowledge of YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and Twitter growth strategies Strong written communication skills and ability to engage audiences effectively Ability to analyze insights and optimize engagement strategies Self-starter, organized, and comfortable working remotely and independently
