I require a data base that will hold a template of candidate name and number, job title etc. Tasks and assessment listing templates, upon entry of data into the template showing the tasks completed the data base needs to be able to display number of tasks fully achieved in % and skills gap areas.
I have previously given this information to a former employer and his team built a data base however when I left the company they refused to allow me to take the data base.
