Complete Digital Marketing Setup and Strategy for Small Business

We are seeking an experienced digital marketing specialist to establish a comprehensive online presence for our small business. This project focuses on setting up and optimizing key digital channels to drive engagement and leads, with a strong emphasis on brand consistency and measurable results. The ideal freelancer will be responsible for:

1. Social Media Management: Setting up and optimizing profiles on Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. This includes crafting compelling bios, designing appropriate cover images, and developing an initial content strategy.
2. Content Creation and Calendar: Developing a 30-day content calendar. This will involve creating engaging posts, drafting scripts for Reels/Shorts, and designing visually appealing graphics that align with our brand identity. While specific design software skills are not listed, the ability to produce high-quality visuals is essential.
3. Email Marketing Setup: Implementing a complete email marketing workflow using either HubSpot or Mailchimp. This includes designing a welcome sequence for new subscribers, creating a versatile newsletter template, and setting up effective lead capture forms.
4. SEO Research: Conducting fundamental SEO research to identify 10-15 relevant keywords. These keywords will be crucial for optimizing blog content and social media captions to improve organic reach.
