We are looking for a marvelous Assistant to support the Marketing department of our company in its primary and administrative duties. Marketing Assistant responsibilities include assisting in campaigns (SMS and Cold Calling), following up with clients, and helping get potential sellers and buyers for our properties. This work will be a critical factor for the smooth operation of the Marketing department and the attainment of its goals, as well as for the long-term growth of the company.
Support our marketing department with the use of our CRM (Calltools), Podio and Batchleads - If you're not familiar with these systems, don't worry! We provide excellent training!
Follow up with potential sellers.
Gather important information about the properties we're looking to buy.
Update databases with basic information about potential sellers.
At times we'll need your help to market properties to potential buyers using FB groups, Zillow, and others.
Communicate directly with clients and encourage trusting relationships
Bilingual in Spanish and C1/Native English level (Speaking, Writing, and Reading) - Remember you'll be talking to customers in the US.
Proven experience making calls for other industries/companies.
Demonstrable ability to multi-task.
Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and databases.
Exquisite communication and people skills.
This is the perfect job for you if you consider being a proactive, independent, and responsible person.
Not necessary but a big plus is you have any experience in the Real Estate field.
