Comprehensive Desktop and Laptop It Support and Configuration Services

We are seeking a skilled IT professional to provide comprehensive support for desktop and laptop systems. The scope of work includes: troubleshooting and diagnosing various hardware and software issues; performing system formatting and operating system reinstallation (Windows, macOS, Linux); assisting with computer assembly and component installation; facilitating parts changes and hardware upgrades to enhance system performance; resolving general operating system related problems; configuring and troubleshooting Microsoft Office and Outlook applications; and setting up and maintaining internet and local area network (LAN) configurations, including Wi-Fi setup. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
