Web interface for agents - support personal - interact with customers that first talked to Bot and then asked to talk with a human.
Interface with Bot is done just reading records saved to database. In other words, this App doesn't talk directly to Bot and is totally independent from it.

Description
Web interface for Agents ( support personel ) interact with Customers that ask for human contact after chatting with BOT. This is mainly a ChatRoom. Agents are allways connected using this web panel, and only Agents will log in to the webpanel.


Customer will allways use Bot channels as their chat interface.
